Green Mentorship is a 4-month immersive program designed to equip aspiring environmental leaders with the knowledge, tools, and network they need to drive real-world change.
This isn't just about learning—it's about transforming your potential into purpose. Through guided mentorship, practical learning, and global peer connection, Green Mentorship empowers you to take action for a sustainable, equitable future.
Whether you're looking to launch a local initiative, deepen your expertise, or build lifelong networks in the sustainability space—this cohort is your launchpad.
What You'll Experience in This 4-Month Program
Over the course of four months, you’ll move through an engaging and action-oriented curriculum designed around four core components:
1. Structured Online Learning
You’ll receive guided access to core sustainability and climate education, tailored to emerging and developing contexts. Learn the systems, challenges, and tools needed to address the climate crisis today.
2. Personalized Mentorship
Be matched with an experienced mentor working actively in climate, energy, food systems, biodiversity, environmental justice, or sustainability innovation. Meet regularly to discuss your goals and get tailored guidance.
3. Capstone Project Development
Each mentee will work on a climate or sustainability-focused project during the program, with step-by-step guidance from the Green Mentorship team.
Your project could be:
- A local awareness campaign.
- A school/community sustainability initiative.
- A climate-tech prototype.
- A research paper, policy proposal, or digital platform.
At the end of the program, you’ll present your capstone in a global showcase.
4. Peer Learning Circles
Collaborate with a global cohort of like-minded peers through facilitated group sessions. Share insights, learn across regions, and build accountability and lifelong networks.
Who Should Apply
We’re looking for passionate and purpose-driven individuals who are:
✅ Aged 18–45.
✅ Based anywhere in the world.
✅ Committed to contributing to sustainability and environmental change.
✅ Able to commit 5–7 hours per week from June 2 to September 29, 2025.
✅ Curious, collaborative, and ready to grow.
Timeline
- Applications Open: April 22, 2025.
- Applications Close: May 26, 2025.
- Final Selections Announced: May 30–31, 2025.
- Program Begins: June 2, 2025.
- Program Ends: September 29, 2025.
